Job

  1. Condition of fire tube boiler
    • 50% fire tube corrosion rate,
    • There are patches on fire tubes with carbon steel material,
    • Fire tube with OD 60mm and length 2200mm with alloy steel material.
  2. Found a leak in the boiler valve mounting (main steam valve, sandglass & valves etc.)
  3. Found a leak in the mainhole on the waterside
  4. Found a leak in the pipeline & valve HFO boiler
  5. In the electric boiler control, the boiler
    • Safety device does not work (miss fire, high water level, lower water level, exh gas temp high),
    • Need to check all sensors in the boiler (calibration).

Recommended jobs:

  1. Repair all valve boiler mountings (because the mounting valve is a lot of leaking),
  2. Calibrate the safety valve,
  3. Replace the gasket on the water side and fire side,
  4. Repairing leaky pipelines & valves on the HFO boiler system,
  5. Check the system control on the boiler (auto start stop feed pump boiler & aperate boiler mode),
  6. Check the system safety of the boiler device (calibrate all sensors),
  7. Check system controls for boiler alarm systems,
  8. Calibrate the pressure gauge steam boiler,
  9. Calibration of exh gas boiler gauge tempperature.

Work done to overcome the leakage problem in the boiler (replacing a new fire tube)

  1. Dismantling the boiler insulations for access to make the mainhole on the waterside and re-attach it when finished,
  2. Make temporary mainholes for fire tube welding access and pair back when finished,
  3. Dismantling all heat-resistant cement for access to remove the fire tube and cementing back when finished,
  4. Dismantle all fire tubes and install a new fire tube,
  5. Clean the boiler at the location of fireside & waterside with a water jet pump,
  6. Hold a hydrotest on the boiler to check for leaks

Work to repair the valve boiler mounting

  1. Remove all valve boiler mountings and clean them,
  2. Check & valve repair with melapping dics and seats,
  3. Painting valve,
  4. Hydrotest valve for checking leaks,
  5. Reinstall by replacing the damaged bolt and replacing the new gasket,
  6. Calibrate the boiler safety valve

Work on repairing pipelines & valve HFO boilers

  1. Remove all valves on the HFO boiler system and clean them,
  2. Check & valve repair with melapping dics and seats,
  3. Painting valve,
  4. Hydrotest valve for checking leaks,
  5. Reinstall by replacing the damaged bolt and replacing the new gasket,
  6. Replacing the pipeline gasket joint flange

Work on checking & repairing boiler system control

  1. Check the performance of all sensors (miss fire, lower water level, high pressure etc.),
  2. Calibration of pressure & temperature gauge,
  3. Check the system safety control device boiler,
  4. Check panel control boiler & burner equipment (indcator lamp, switch, breaker, solenoid valve & contactor),
  5. Cleaning panel & burner,
  6. Check the transformer insulations, feed pump & fan burner motor,
  7. Commissioning test boiler
